Self-Massage, Breathwork, and Yoga Therapeutics with Kristine Tom
Part III will gently massage the tissues of the core, including the abdominal wall, lower back, and hips. We will practice deep breaths to feel the relationship of the diaphragm to some of its surrounding muscles. Our primary focus will be on therapeutic movements and breaths that help us downregulate our nervous system and can be beneficial to sleep, memory, and digestion. Beginner friendly and adaptable for most injury conditions.
